Barre Pilates is mix of pilates moves and ballet exercises, its is a flowing workout with no need of any dance experience.
Part of the Barre class is using the ballet barre to assist the strength and flexibility work.
This method is particularly effective for strengthening the lower body, gluteals and legs. If you are seeking a different style of class or wanting a class to compliment your existing exercise this is perfect for you. All the equipment is provided in order to assist, modify or develop an exercise.
The class is limited to 10 and all clients are asked to fill out a health screening form before attending a session so that advice can be given for specific issues.
