A personal training session is ideal for your first time, and advisable if you are recovering from an injury, have a back, neck or shoulder problem. Personal training sessions are excellent to learn the principles of Pilates before joining a small group course.

At the initial session a full postural/lifestyle analysis is taken using muscle balance tests and equipment to assess the correct programme for the client.

At further sessions a specific tailored exercise programme is followed designed especially for the needs of the client based on the findings from the postural assessment.

Various equipment is used to balance muscles and re-align the spine, such as bio feedback, foam rollers,stability balls, chi balls and dyna bands.
