'During the course of my work I need to drive long distances every week. In recent years I had started to suffer from lower back and sciatic pain.Physiotherapy had made little impression on this condition. Since attending regular and closely supervised Pilates classes my posture has improved and the exercises have increased suppleness & mobility particularly in my back resulting in a significant improvement in my condition.
