Pilates 6 wk course 45.00 GBP
Postnatal Pilates 7.50 GBP per session
Please note that places must be pre-booked and the 6 week course fee must be paid for in full and is non-refundable. If a session is missed an alternative will be offered in its place whenever possible. No sessions can be carried over to the next 6 week course.
One to One Training
Intial assessment (1 hour approx) 35.00 GBP
Follow up sessions (45 mins) 25.00 GBP
Please note that sessions must be pre-booked, if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice there wilol be a charge of half the session price.
Two to One Training
Initial assessment ( 1 1/4 hour approx) 40.00 GBP
Follow up sessions (45 mins) 30.00 GBP
