The Tone and Stretch sessions are taken by Leigh Brown who has 8 years experience in the Industry teaching exercise classes at Fitness First,Esporta and Greens. She is fully insured, first aid qualified and holds the Central YMCA Qualification Level 3 Certificate in Instructing Physical Activity for Ante & Post Natal Exercise.
The classes are uniquely designed for mums-to-be and new mums. You can be happy in the knowledge that unlike mainstream exercise classes, all the exercises undertaken are completely safe and effective for both pre & post natal women. You won't feel isolated like perhaps you would do in a normal class, doing alternatives on your own and not being 'entirely' sure you are doing the exercise correct.
The session consists of a gentle warm up and mobiliser, pelvic floor and abdominal toning work, stretch and relaxation section to end.

Monday 6pm - 7pm Tone,Stretch and Relaxation for Mums to be, 4 week course £22.
Wednesday 10.45am - 11.45am Tone & Stretch for New mums and bring baby too! 6 week course £33.00.
Places are limited to 10 clients, mats and any equipment used are provided.
Sheffield community midwives have tested out the classes and deem them to be very safe and effective. Midwives are invited to attend a class to see for themselves.
