Pure Pilates offers small group classes ensuring clients are given individual advice and hands on attention throughout the session.
Group classes are limited to ten and are run on a six week course basis, all clients are screened before attending a session and advice given for specific issues. Where possible a 1:1 is arranged for anyone with any injury or issue.
Mats are provided along with equipment such as blocks, foam rollers, stability balls, chi balls and dyna bands which are used to assist, progress or modify an exercise.
The exercises are taught in standing, kneeling, seated, prone (on front), supine (on back) and side lying positions with varying modifications if an individual requires. Initally we focus on posture and spinal alignment building a sound base to progress to more dynamic/functional movements.
At Pure Pilates we aim to provide a friendly, relaxed and informative enviroment on each and every visit.
Matwork Courses

Please note that places must be pre-booked and the 6 week course fee must be paid for in full and is non-refundable. If a session is missed an alternative will be offered in its place whenever possible. No sessions can be carried over to the next 6 week course.
